Half hour or one hour sessions that are custom designed for each client depending on

OVERALL FITNESS
I guide each client in accomplishing their goals toward having a more toned body, more
energy and just a general feeling of wellbeing, simply, to be the best that they can be.
Through my many years of experience a fitness client, I have accumulated a wide variety
of exercise programs and routines that will help a client of any fitness level reach their
goals or perhaps just keep their body and spirit in a good place. The mind and body
working together is important.
LOSE WEIGHT
Losing weight is a common goal for clients. Having personally fought the battle-of-the-
bulge, I am uniquely qualified to work with clients in the weight loss arena. Diet, the
triggers that make us eat, the bad eating habits, the self deception, I have lived it and
conquered it, and can share my successful methods that changed my life and can change
yours too.
SENIOR FITNESS TRAINING
I am a Certified Senior Fitness Trainer, through the National Academy of Sports Medicine,
and have specialized training skills that enable me to help the client over age 55 to get in
shape and to assist in the natural changes that occur as we age. Exercise and strength
training are known keys to living an active and healthy life and to even improve brain
function as we get older.
TRX Suspension Training
This is a unique training program originally developed by Randy Hetrick, a former Navy
Seal commander, so that Seals could keep in shape while in the field. I am certified in the
TRX training methods and teach clients to use this highly effective program to keep in
shape no matter if their at home or on the road.
TRAINING FOR WARRIORS-HURRICANE METHOD
For the advanced client who has been maintaining a training schedule for a while, the
Training For Warriors, Hurricane routine, is a dynamic and intense workout that will take
their results to a whole new level. I was first introduced to this amazing workout while
training in South Beach, a known haven of fitness dedication. I then joined the Training
For Warriors team and after a serious training course, became a certified Hurricane
trainer. Fun, challenging, scary, wild, it’s not called a hurricane for nothing! Are you
